本研究は、研究者らが開発した面談、ソーシャルスキルトレーニング、心理教育から構成される統合失調症をもつ人の家族レジリエンスを高めるための看護支援プログラムの効果を家族レジリエンスと精神的健康度の尺度得点、およびアミラーゼとコルチゾールの唾液ストレスセンサの値により検証することを目的としている。本年度は、コロナウイルス感染拡大状況下において本研究を進めていくために、感染蔓延防止の観点から研究の実施施設をまずは自施設の1施設に限定して調査を実施した。現在は、1症例の統合失調症をもつ人の親を対象に看護支援プログラムの介入を終了した。まずは、1事例において精神健康度および家族レジリエンスの尺度の推移、コルチゾールとアミラーゼのストレスセンサの値の測定を実施した。その結果を事例としてまとめ、その後の介入および効果測定の方法について検討し、唾液ストレスセンサの測定方法および測定のタイミングについて再検討した。その結果を踏まえて、新たに統合失調症をもつ人の親1事例への看護支援プログラムの介入を継続的に実施している。本研究の成果は、看護支援プログラムの開発過程についての報告をJournal of Interdisciplinary Research of the School of Medical Sciences, University of Fukui. 23巻にて原著論文として発表した。また、今後は介入の終了した1事例の結果を事例研究として学会にて報告する予定である。さらに発表内容は、論文にて公表を予定している。
