本研究の目的は、経口免疫療法をうける食物アレルギー（Food Allergy:以下FA）をもつ子どもの療養行動の習得をねらいとして、情報通信技術（Information and Communication Technology、以下ICT）を活用したFAをもつ子どもの体調管理アプリ「わたし・ぼくのカルテ」の開発と検証を行うことである。本研究において、療養行動の習得とは、「原因食物の摂取に伴う誘発症状の内容と重症度、シックデイの対応、エピペンの管理及び手順の知識・技術を身につけ、自らの判断で正しい行動が取れるようになること」と定義する。本研究の課題は4つである。課題１：体調管理アプリ作成に向けた文献検討。課題２：体調管理ツール作成に向けた子どもへの面接調査。課題３：子どものためのICTを活用した体調管理アプリの試作作成。課題４：修正版体調管理アプリの検証。2022年度は、2021年度に引き続き、課題1に取り組んだ。本邦におけるFAの支援に関する研究のほか、診療ガイドライン、FAに関するテキストやFAに関する正しい情報を発信しているホームページやリーフレットの内容、諸外国の研究も含め、FAの支援の項目の特定を行った。FAをもつ子どもが安全な日常生活を送るための支援の内容について、特定することができた。しかし、食物日誌の活用について検討された研究はほとんどされておらず、栄養食事指導に関するテキストの一部に紹介されているだけであった。
