本研究の目的は脳卒中患者の主体的な療養行動を引き出す看護のわざモデルを開発することである。本研究では療養行動を引き出す看護のわざを語ってもらうインタビューを実施予定である。しかしいろいろな分野で用いられる「わざ」という言葉の汎用性が高く、対象者に本研究における「わざ」を的確に伝えることが、その後のデータ抽出における真実性・妥当性に影響すると考える。そのため、研究の中での脳卒中患者の主体的な療養行動を引き出す看護のわざの枠組みに基づいて対象者に語っていただくために、語りやすいようなインタビューガイドを作成していた。研究実施計画では、慢性疾患看護専門看護師も対象に入れているが、対象者のリクルートの中で慢性疾患看護専門看護師は脳卒中をサブスペシャリティとしている方が少ないため、脳卒中リハビリテーション看護（脳卒中看護）認定看護師で探していた。しかし、SCUなど急性期病棟で勤務しており、本研究の回復期や維持期にある脳卒中患者の療養に関わっている、資格をもつ看護師が少ない現状がある。脳卒中学会などで演者やシンポジストとして参加している・もしくは看護専門誌で紙上発表している脳卒中リハビリテーション看護（脳卒中看護）認定看護師のうち脳卒中の看護外来を設けている方を探索していた。また、回復期・維持期の脳卒中患者に関わるのは外来だけではないため、回復期リハビリテーション病院・病棟で活動している看護専門職も探索していた。しかしながら、研究にかかるタイムマネジメント不足及び研究者が資格喪失となり一定の成果を得ることができなかった。

The aim of this study was to develop a new approach to nursing care for stroke patients. This study was conducted to evaluate the efficacy of nursing care. In this paper, the author analyzes the relationship between the universality of leaves and the validity of the results. The main body of stroke patients in the study was led to the establishment of a nursing center. The implementation plan of the research shows that nurses in the department of chronic disease care have been included in the research. Among the volunteers, there are very few nurses in the department of chronic disease care who can provide support for stroke care, and there are also many certified nurses in the department of stroke care (stroke care). The status quo of SCU, acute phase of disease, recovery period and maintenance period of this study is related to the recovery of stroke patients, qualifications and number of caregivers. The Stroke Society is committed to the development of stroke care professionals and to the exploration of ways for stroke care professionals to participate in stroke care professionals. During the recovery period and maintenance period, stroke patients were involved in a series of activities, such as nursing, nursing, etc. The research is insufficient and the researcher is disqualified.
