项目摘要

研究内容：児童虐待リスクのある家族への支援において信頼関係を構築しながら支援を展開するための支援技術を獲得するための教育プログラム開発のための基礎研究として、信頼関係構築のための支援技術の抽出のために、子育てに関する保健師との継続的相談関係を有する親のインタビューを実施した。これは、保健師との継続的相談支援関係構築にあたって、相談者である親の視点から、保健師の関わりを照射し、相談者が求める関わりの技術を抽出することを目的とした。方法：自治体の実施している児童虐待予防事業であるMCG（mother and child group）への参加者および子育ての困難感や育てづらさに関して保健師と継続的な相談経験をもつ親へのインタビュー調査を継続して実施した。前年度とあわせて、合計20名のインタビューデータを収集し、現在、質的に分析を進行中である。またこれまでの分析を踏まえて、さらに児童虐待により児童福祉機関の介入を受けた経験のある対象者のデータを追加する予定である。結果：現在までのインタビューデータの分析結果では、保健師への援助希求の障壁要因として、6カテゴリー、21サブカテゴリーが、保健師との信頼関係構築の要因として、12カテゴリー、29サブカテゴリーが抽出された。子育ては誰もがやっており、誰もができるはずという認識から援助希求が低いことが、相談行動の大きな障壁となっていた。そのうえで、常に自分を気にかけてくれる「まなざし」が、信頼関係の構築に大きく寄与していることが示された。そのような「まなざし」は、自分のありのままを受け止めてくれ、肯定してくれるものである。支援者のそうした関わりは、子どもの母（あるいは父）としての対象規定ではなく、支援の求めの有無にかかわらず、母（あるいは父）そのものを対象者として位置づけた「ケアの倫理」に基づく支援姿勢が求められていることが示唆された。
