本研究は、小学校教師の体育授業に対する教師効力感を「体育指導効力感」とし、それを向上させるためのコンサルテーションによる支援方法の有効性について授業実践事例を通して明らかにすることである。2022年度については、以下の観点について成果を得ることができた。1点目として，体育授業実践に対して、体育指導効力感因子に基づき、授業計画段階、授業実施段階及び省察段階においてコンサルテーションによる支援を実行した結果、体育指導効力感が向上することが確認できた。その際，2021年度では，コンサルテーション前後の体育指導効力感の変化についての検証であったが，2022年度は各段階間の体育指導効力感変化とその要因について追究することができた．2点目として，3名のコンサルティについて、体育指導効力感支援型コンサルテーション（体育コンサル）手法を用いて体育指導効力感３因子（知識実践・学習促進・課題対応）の変化を各段階間で調査を実施することで計測した．その際，メール，アンケート，口頭などでコンサルティから，気持ちの変化を読み取り，各段階間の体育指導効力感の変化とその要因を分析した．今後は，これまでの研究データから，コンサルタントに役割を分析し，学校現場もしくは教育委員会の指導主事などが活用できるようにしていくことを目指す予定である．一方、新型コロナウィルス感染拡大の影響で、2020年度，2021年度の実験研究が予定通り実施できなかったことにより，全体の進行は申請時の予定まで進めることができなかった．今後は残った実践を継続し、検証を進めることが課題である。
