本研究は、農業・食料システムにおける社会的企業のイノベーションの創出メカニズムとその影響を明らかにすることを目的として、研究を進めている。今年度に進めた研究は大きく２点に分けることができる。第１に、農業農村開発における社会的起業家の起業家の認知革新及び共有価値創造に関する探索的分析をおこなった。その結果、社会起業家の特徴には共通点と固有の点があることが明らかになった。どの起業家も起業活動を通じて「問題意識」と「顧客志向・真のニーズ」の二つの要素が高い水準に達している点が共通している一方、「学ぶ動機と機会」「連携・ネットワーク」「多様性・柔軟性」の要素については起業家によって高低のバラツキが見られた。また、これらの要素は試行錯誤と学習を通じて改善されていることが分かった。次に、進化ゲーム理論（非対称模倣学習ダイナミクス）を援用し、農業者と消費者の認知・行動変化を考慮した共有価値創造に対する協力行動のモデル化を行い、シミュレーション分析を行った。モデルの構築においては、利他性、社会関係資本、選好の変化を明示的に扱えるように工夫した。第２に、農業と非農業におけるダイバーシティマネジメントに対する大規模アンケート調査を実施し、定量的分析を進めた。アンケート調査の主な項目は、イノベーション志向、キャリア志向や職場・仕事に対する考え、ダイバーシティやそのマネジメントに対する考え、職場での取り組み状況・効果などである。なお、関連の深いテーマとして、日本と中国における都市農業における社会的起業家精神の発現メカニズムの分析を進めた。また、消費者の食品ロス削減意識・行動に関するアンケート調査結果に共分散構造分析を適用し、解析を進めた。
