项目摘要

今年度は、3つの活動を実施できた。1つめは、短期間ではあるが宇治茶以外の国内の他の茶産地のフィールドワークを実施し、他の茶産地での情報発信や地域の持続性に向けての活動内容、イベントの内容などを調査することができた。また茶業者へのインタビューも一部ではあるが実施できた。静岡の世界茶まつりにおいては、静岡の各茶産地の茶業者と自治体の取組の具体的内容が理解できたと共に、日本各地から集まった茶産地のブース内容によって、「農業遺産」「日本茶アワード」など、茶の付加価値を根拠付ける枠組みの多様性を知った。ここでの調査を元に、九州調査での訪問予定地を設定した。九州での調査は、福岡八女、宮崎県、熊本県という茶産地、文化的景観、世界農業遺産選定地域などの茶園、茶商などを訪問した。事前の観光情報発信や現地での体験プログラム内容など、茶ツーリズムの事例として整理した。2つめは、宇治茶世界文化遺産登録推進フォーラム(2022年12月＠京都府歴彩館）に企画・コーディネーターとして参画し、会場およびオンラインの参加者（回答数136）に対して、宇治茶の世界文化遺産登録についての認識についてアンケート調査を実施した。v3つめは、従来から実施している京都府での宇治茶世界文化遺産登録推進の活動の一環としての宇治茶文化講座や宇治茶love茶会を企画実施した。それらを通じて、茶ツーリズム、茶の体験プログラムの内容検証などをおこなった。とくに宇治茶love茶会では、外国人の文化大使や留学生の参加者を募り、世界の中での宇治茶の価値について整理した。
