2022年度は、研究計画に従い、手元資金を研究開発投資に投入する企業行動を標準的な内生的経済成長理論のモデルに導入し、分析を進めた。そして昨年度にディスカッション・ペーパーとして公開した"Growth and Welfare Effects of Intervention into Patent Licensing Negotiation." MPRA Paper No.108009, May 2021.の投稿を行った。結果としてはRejectであったが、有益なレフェリーコメントもいくつかあったので、別のジャーナルへの投稿に向けて、年度末まで改訂を続けた。また、この研究から着想を得て昨年度から進行していた新しい研究について、5月に日本経済学会への報告を行った。また7月に愛知大学、11月に大阪公立大学でのセミナー報告を行った。その後、論文の形にまとめ、以下のディスカッション・ペーパーとして公開した。"Leading Patent Breadth, Endogenous Quality Choice, and Economic Growth" (with Shin Kishimoto), ISER Discussion Paper No.1205, Osaka University, March 2023.
