令和4年度は，多国籍企業やその他の効率的な生産工程を持つ企業が市場から排除される可能性について考察し，研究を進めた。多国籍企業などの効率的な企業が新規に市場に参入してくる可能性がある場合，参入してくるであろう市場の既存企業は，何らかの対応策を検討する必要に迫られることがある。例えば，部品メーカーから部品を調達し，その部品を用いて最終財を作っているような最終財メーカーにとっては，もし，新規企業が最終財市場に参入してこようとしているのであれば，取引関係にある部品メーカーとの垂直的な関係を強化することが対応策の一例となる。このような垂直的関係の強化は，新規に参入しようとしてくる企業にとって，部品調達先を探すことをより困難にする可能性があるからである。このような垂直的取引関係の強化を行う方法の一つとして，排他条件付取引契約というものがあり，本年度の研究では，排他条件付取引契約によって，効率的な企業の参入が排除される可能性について検討している。この排他条件付取引契約とは，例えば部品メーカーと最終財メーカーのような垂直的な企業関係において，取引相手に対して他社と取引しないことを条件に取引契約を結ぶ契約のことである。本研究では，最終財市場に新規参入を予定している効率的な企業が存在するとし，最終財市場の既存企業が部品メーカーと排他条件付取引契約を締結することで効率的な企業でも排除される可能性について議論している。特に，効率的な生産工程を持つ最終財メーカーの場合，不良品率や欠陥品率も低く，部品需要が比較的小さくなる可能性に着目し，論文にまとめている。本年度は，論文として完成させるとともに，事例の再検討や理論分析の改訂を行い，研究の質の向上に努めた。

In particular, the production engineering of efficiency is the final financial situation, the yield and quality of products are low, and the small possibility of comparing the needs of parts is important. This year, the thesis is completed, the case is reviewed, the theoretical analysis is revised, and the quality of the research is improved.
