The Perceptions and Experiences of Ethnic Korean Men as Fathers Across Three Cities in Japan

-Research results focused on expanding the literature review on the demographic and socioeconomic transformations affecting Asian families. The structural changes accompanied by adaptations in normative ideologies reshape intergenerational relations and gender roles in varying manners in Asia. Previous research data was analyzed in light of this data-Organized a 2022 Korean Association for Multicultural Education (KAME) Panel was titled, “Immigrants in Japan: Zainichi Koreans and beyond” May 19-21, 2022-Co-Authored Presentation given on "Navigating Zainichi Fatherhood in Japan" at the 2022 Korean Association for Multicultural Education May 20, 2022.-An oral presentation was given at Toyo University on the "Changing Culture and Conduct of Korean Immigrant Fatherhood" in the Department of Global Diversity Studies November 24, 2022.-2023 Session Chair for "Navigating Aging, Social Well-Being, and Cultural Expectations Among Migrant and Transnational Families" at the International Sociology Association Melbourne Australia(June, 2023).
