（研究目的）わが国の高齢者において経済的な格差が広がり、健康格差の拡大について危惧される状況である。一方、わが国の介護保険制度において、2015年（平成27年）より、高所得者はこれまでの介護保険サービス利用者負担割合が1割から2割および3割と利用者の負担割合が引き上げられた。国では、低所得者へのセイフティーネットは設けられるようになったが、高所得者へのサービス利用への負担増による弊害などの検証は十分に行われていないと考えられる。そこで、利用者負担割合の引き上げ導入における制度変更後の影響について、心身機能や介護度など多角的な要因を考慮し、介護保険サービス利用と経済的負担感との関係について明らかにし、高所得者のサービス利用の状況を明らかにすることを目的としている。（研究実施計画）A市の在宅要介護高齢者を対象とした「A市高齢者保健福祉計画策定に係るアンケート調査のデータ」の調査を用いて、利用者負担割合3割の導入前後の状況について分析及び検証を行った。初年度及び2年目において、導入前(2016年）および導入後（2019年）のデータ利用における手続きやデータクリーニングを実施し、分析可能な状況まで整理を行った。3年目において、2016年度及び2019年度のデータ分析の分析を行い、介護保険サービスの利用と経済的負担感との関係について傾向を把握した。今後、導入前の所得状況を考慮して、経済的負担感との関係をさらに検証を行い、分析を行っていく予定である。
