项目摘要

近年、多くの大学でアクティブ・ラーニング型講義が展開されている一方で、対人緊張が強くコミュニケーションスキル（以下CS）が低いため、討論等に参加できない学生の存在も報告されており、そのような学生への具体的な教育方法は殆ど検討されていない。本研究では、CSが低い学生の実態を把握し、大学入学後のCSの経年発達とその要因を明らかにすること、さらに、CSが経年発達の中で向上する要因も加味したCS向上グループプログラムを構築しその効果を検証することを目的とした。2020年度にCSに関する基礎調査を開始する予定であったが、新型コロナウイルス感染症の拡大に伴い、開始時期を1年延期し、①2021年8月、②2022年8月、③2023年5月、④2024年3月の計4回実施する計画に変更した（以下、1回目の基礎調査を基礎調査①、2回目の基礎調査を基礎調査②と表記する）。2021・2022年度は、計画変更の予定通り基礎調査①・基礎調査②を実施することができた。基礎調査①では全学部学生5270人、基礎調査②では全学部学生5310人に対し、Web回答用フォームのURL及び本研究の趣旨、研究参加同意に関する内容を明記したメールを一斉送信した。その結果、基礎調査①では959名（有効回答率18.2％）、基礎調査②では634名（有効回答率11.9%）から本研究参加に対する同意と回答を得ることができた。また、基礎調査①と基礎調査②のどちらにも参加した学生の中から、CSが変化した要因／変わらなかった要因についてのインタビュー調査を開始し、2023年3月末時点で3名の学生のインタビュー調査を実施した。
