项目摘要

他者から無視されるなどの社会的排斥は個人の心身の健康やその他者との人間関係に悪影響を及ぼす。本研究では、自分を思いやることを意味するセルフコンパッション(SC)が社会的排斥を防ぎ、たとえ排斥が生じたとしてもその痛みを和らげる心理的メカニズムについて検討し、そのモデルを提唱することを目的とする。2022年度は、2021年度で得られたSCと社会的排斥後の攻撃性に関する相関研究の知見を発展させ、SCを実験的に高めることで攻撃性が低下するかを主に検討を行った。その結果、社会的排斥経験想起後に、その出来事をSCの観点から捉えなおしたSC群では、出来事を客観的に捉えなおした統制群よりも、排斥してきた他者への攻撃性が低い（i.e., 自己報告式の報復意図、排斥者に見立てた人形に刺す針の数）ことが示された。以上の知見を、国内外の学術大会およびPersonality and Individual Differences誌上で発表した。また、SCと親密な関係における心理的暴力の関連に関する検討も、アタッチメント理論の観点も含めて、行った。その結果、愛着不安や親密性回避が高い人ほど、夫婦関係においてストレスフルな出来事が生じた際にSCを活用しにくいため、配偶者に心理的暴力をふるいやすいことが示唆された。さらに、2022年度は状態SCに関する尺度や状態SCという概念の検討を行った。日米データを用いて、状態SC尺度の測定不変性を検討した。また、潜在プロフィール分析を用いることで、状態SC尺度に基づくグループの分類を行った。その結果、状態SC尺度は日米間で測定不変性があること、および、状態SCに関する潜在プロフィールはNeff (2003) の理論と一致するグループに対応することが示された。上記の知見を、国内の学会において発表した。
