项目摘要

本研究課題は，青年期の過剰適応を支援・予防する際の鍵概念としての『アタッチメント及び自律性支援ネットワーク』の提唱とその有効性を明らかにすることを目的としている。2022年度は，2021年度に引き続き、本研究の中核をなす『アタッチメント及び自律性支援ネットワーク』に関する理論研究と次年度の縦断調査の実施に向けた準備・計画を行なった。まず，『アタッチメント及び自律性支援ネットワーク』に関する理論研究については，アタッチメント理論の文献レビューと「自律性支援」概念に関連する養育態度研究や自己決定理論に関する文献レビューを行った。結果として，「安心感の輪」理論や「安心感」概念が『アタッチメント及び自律性支援ネットワーク』理論の構築にあたり一つの重要な示唆をもたらすという前提のもと、調査に採用する変数としては、青年を取り巻く重要他者によって提供される「アタッチメント機能」及び「自律性支援」が妥当であると判断した。「アタッチメント機能」は、「安心基地（Secure base）や安全な避難所（Safe heaven）といった、幼児期から青年期、成人期に至る広範な発達段階における適応を説明することにとって有益な「安心感の輪」のメカニズムを構成する変数を含む概念である。2022年度は、上記の理論研究を行いつつ、それらの変数と周囲の他者との関係の中で生じる過剰適応行動、そして精神的健康との関連を検証するための縦断調査について、調査実施に向けた準備や調査委託業者の担当者と綿密な打ち合わせを行った。2023年度の6月には調査が開始できるよう、準備計画は順調に進んでいる。
