本年度は，（1）昨年度の研究成果である「抑うつ症状を示す友人に対する傾聴効力尺度の作成」を学会にて公表，（2）「学生相談機関への援助要請を勧める効力感尺度」の作成，（3）（1）および(2)の得点は，大学生の友人関係の持ち方によって異なるかを検討する研究計画と所属機関での倫理審査の承認であった。（2）の具体的な成果としては，うつ病発症期にある友人に対して，大学生が専門機関（学生相談機関）に援助を求めるよう勧める行動について，「気づき・状態評価の支え」，「意思決定の支え」，「意思に配慮した後押し」の3つの次元から捉える尺度を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性の一部を示した点である。これまで，「専門家に援助を求める（援助要請する）よう勧める」という行動は単一の評価項目で測定されてきた。しかし，援助要請に至るまでの過程に関する理論では，問題を認識・評価する段階，問題について援助を求めるか否かを意思決定する段階等が仮定されている。この点を踏まえると，「援助要請を勧める」という行動は，援助要請の各段階を支える行動を含むものと考えられる。実際，非専門家によるうつ病発症期にある者への初期支援のガイドラインでは，「専門家に援助要請を勧める」ことについて，その意思決定を支えるような行動（例，専門家に援助を求めることで利益を得られそうか尋ねる）が推奨されている。したがって，(2)の成果は，従来の測定項目の妥当性の限界を超え，大学生向けのうつ病の初期支援に関する啓発教育の効果指標の一つとなりうる点で意義があると考えられる。なお，本成果は令和5年度に学会にて公表する予定である。
