项目摘要

2022年度は、まず学生相談機関における記録管理の実情と課題について縦断的な検討を行うため、実際の学生相談機関における記録管理方法及び記録内容の変化プロセスを対象とした事例検討を行い、5月に日本学生相談学会第40回大会においてその結果を発表した。個別相談活動の記録がどのように入力・保管されてきたか、記録項目と記録方法に関する議論及び変更の経過についてその経緯を具体的に検討することにより、記録管理に必要な視点が整理され、電子的データベースシステムに求められる機能についての知見を得ることができた。その後、これまでに行ってきた質問紙調査及び事例検討の結果に基づき、学生相談カウンセラーを対象としてオンライン会議ツールを用いた半構造化面接を実施し、それぞれ異なる特徴を有する学生相談機関へカウンセラーとして勤務した経験を有する7名より回答を得た。質問項目としては、大学及び学生相談機関の概要を尋ねた上で、記録管理媒体の種類、各媒体に記録されている項目と記入方法、記録管理上の課題等を設定した。この結果に基づき、大学を超えて利用されうるデータベースに求められる具体的な仕様について検討を行った結果、多くの大学で組織的に契約されており、各学生相談機関においてシステムの導入時に追加費用の負担が生じる可能性の少ないMicrosoft ACCESSソフトウェアを開発要件として選定した。上記を踏まえ複数の専門業者へシステム開発の相談を行い、そのうち最も妥当と考えられる1社へデータベースソフトウェアの開発を依頼し、2023年3月にデータベースソフトウェアの試作版を開発した。

In 2022, the results of the 40th General Meeting of the Japan Student Talk Society were presented. The above mentioned discussions on the development of a number of related industries have been carried out, and the development of a pilot version of the software has been launched in March 2023.
