本研究は，境界性パーソナリティ障害（borderline personality disorder: BPD）をはじめ感情調節不全に起因する様々な精神疾患に治療効果が実証されている，弁証法的行動療法（Dialectical Behavior Therapy: DBT）の日本における普及を目指した支援者教育プログラムの開発を目的とするものである。DBTはBPDなどの自傷行為・自殺企図などを繰り返す患者に対して開発された心理療法であり，欧米では広く普及している。しかしながら，日本における実践例は少なく，効果研究はほとんど見受けられない（井合・遊佐，2019）。その原因の一つとして，DBTの治療原理と技法を理解し実践できる専門家がごく限られているという現状が挙げられる。そこで本研究では，DBTの日本での普及に向けて支援者を対象とした教育プログラムを作成・実施し，受講生のDBTに対する理解度・技術の習得度をアンケート調査で測定する。令和2年度から3年度にかけて，DBTの効果的な支援者教育プログラム開発に向けて，現在研究実施者らが試験的に実施しているDBTに基づいたスキルトレーニングに関する教育プログラムの受講生に対して，DBTの理解度や習得度，現場での有用度，プログラムの改善点などについて申請者が独自に項目を作成してwebアンケート調査を実施した。アンケート調査については，帝京平成大学倫理委員会の承認を得ている。令和3年3月~5月にweb上のアンケート調査を実施し，16名から回答が得られた。アンケート調査の結果，研修の理解度や満足度，役立ち度は概ね高いこと等が示された。また，今後は施設単位への研修活動や，実際に実施するに当たってのコンサルテーションなども有効である可能性が考えられた。アンケート調査の結果は，令和3年10月に開催された日本認知・行動療法学会第47回大会にて発表した。
