项目摘要

本研究は，周産期の妻を持つ男性のメンタルヘルス不調に焦点を当て，周産期にある夫婦に質問紙調査およびインタビュー調査を行い，周産期の妻を持つ男性のメンタルヘルス不調の生起から解消までのプロセスモデルを，夫婦の相互作用も含めて作成しようとするものである。夫婦夫婦夫婦相互作用でのメンタルへルス不調の生起・解消モデルを作成するためには，夫婦ペアデータを周産期を通じて複数回得る縦断調査が必要である。また，質問紙調査を実施するだけではなくこれに面接調査を加える質的・量的ミックス法をとることにより，そのプロセスのメカニズムを解明することができる。女性のみでなく男性の産後うつの存在が指摘されている昨今，その生起・解消のプロセスモデルが明らかになることは，周産期支援に寄与し，周産期夫婦のメンタルヘルスの改善，より良い夫婦関係，子どもの健常な発達に繋がると期待される。周産期夫婦に対する質問紙調査および面接調査は，妊娠中期，産後1か月，産後3か月，産後6か月，産後1年の5回にわたり，ペアで縦断的に実施している。質問紙調査はEPDS,WHO,MIBS，PSI-SF,夫婦関係尺度からなる。本年度は，昨年度に続き，周産期にある夫婦に質問紙調査および面接調査を縦断的に実施した。得られたデータを中間分析して周産期にある男女が抱える困難とそれをいかに乗り越えているのかについてまとめた結果を，第18回日本周産期メンタルヘルス学会学術集会（2022年11月）および日本発達心理学会第34回大会（2023年3月）で発表した。
