オリジナルACEs尺度についての信頼性と妥当性の検証、および、うつ病、双極性障害、統合失調症におけるにおけるACEsの実態について、また、ACEsを有する群とそうでない群の比較における性別や教育年数の差異について、論文化を行った。2022年度は、18名の研究協力者が新たに参加し、近赤外線スペクトロスコピー（Near-infrared spectroscopy: NIRS）を施行するとともに、オリジナルACEs指標を含む各臨床指標の取得を行い、関連解析に向けて、これまでの参加者約850名についてのデータセット作成した。また、統合失調症患者26名を対象として、構造的MRIを用いた予備的解析を行った。26名中、ACEsを有したのは17名（65.4%）であり、先行研究においてACEsとの関連を認めた左右の扁桃体、海馬、前帯状皮質について、ACEsを有する群とそうでない群の比較を行ったところ、ACEsを有する群において右扁桃体の体積減少を認めた。

ACEs are measured in terms of reliability, appropriateness, evidence, gender, illness, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, status of ACEs, gender, years of education, and culture. In 2022, 18 research collaborators participated in the implementation of Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS), and approximately 850 participants participated in the preparation of ACEs indicators, including the acquisition of clinical indicators, and correlation analysis. 26 patients with schizophrenia underwent MRI scanning and analysis. Among 26 ACEs, 17 (65.4%) were found to be associated with left and right tonsils, hippocampus, anterior cortex, and ACEs.
