2020年2月-7月の間にPoint Prevalence Surveyを行い、27施設の合計10199人のデータを収集した。医療関連感染症(以下、HAI)の有病率は諸外国と大差はないが、その内訳は施設規模で異なっていた。HAIに対する抗菌薬投与では、カルバペネム系抗菌薬が最も処方されている点等、独自の状況が明らかとなった。また、術後感染予防抗菌薬適正使用のための実践ガイドラインに記載がある手術は557人に投与され、ガイドラインの遵守率は33.9%(187/557)であった。2021年4-5月にかけて各参加施設に、2022年9-10月にかけて2019年度感染対策防止加算1取得施設全てに施設の疫学データ、HAIの発症状況、抗菌薬処方状況に関するフィードバックを行った。本結果を受け、愛知県での抗菌薬使用状況の実態調査の一貫として、小牧市民病院にて、外来抗菌薬使用状況のpilot studyを行った。Biological and Pharcaceutical Bulletin (PMID: 36047203)に受理された。最終年度となる2023年度では、HAIに関する学会報告を予定し、周術期抗菌薬、医療関連感染症、抗微生物薬使用についての論文を投稿する予定である。また、多施設での抗菌薬使用状況の変化を調べるために、J-SIPHEを用いた仕組みを作り、フィードバックを行う予定である。

From February to July 2020, the Point Prevalence Survey was conducted, with a total of 10199 participants. Weekly antimicrobial agents, medical-related infections, and antimicrobial agents are scheduled for submission. Changes in the use of antimicrobial agents in multiple applications are regulated by the use of J-SIPHE.
