项目摘要

本研究の最終目的は、看護において相手の身体に直接手を触れる行為を伴うケア（以下、触れるケア）とその習得プロセスを探求することを通じて、看護学生への基礎看護技術の教育を手順だけでなく、その場の状況性、自己と他者の存在様式、間身体性に基づくアートとして教育するためのモデルの構築を目指すことにある。本研究における触れるケアの技術項目は、看護学生を対象とした教育プログラムではじめに取り組む技術として、すべての安楽ケアを成り立たせ、基盤となる技術である体位変換を選択している。令和3年度は、卓越した触れるケアに備わる諸条件の明確化を目標に、予備調査の分析と本調査の計画立案・検討を実施した。予備調査では、3種類の場面設定において、看護師および看護学生がベッド上での体位変換を模擬患者に実施している様子を観察し、インタビューを行った。予備調査の分析結果から、看護師と看護学生では体位変換のケアの在り様が異なることが明らかになり、この結果を本調査に生かす計画を検討した。しかし、本調査は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染流行期を避ける必要があったこと、感染流行に伴う医療逼迫によって研究対象となる看護師の状況に配慮が必要であったこと等の理由から、本調査実施時期を見直し、令和4年度への実施に変更することとした。令和4年度は、アフォーダンスの観点を用いて、本調査を遂行する予定であったが、育児休暇取得などの事情により、研究期間延長を申請し承認を得ているため、本調査の実施を延期している。しかし本調査では、研究対象者を増やし看護師と看護学生を比較分析をすることで、卓越した触れるケアに備わる諸条件を明確化できると考えている。
