项目摘要

本研究の目的はトリアージナースが行う緊急度判定精度を新たなトリアージツールであるEmergency Severity Index(ESI)の導入前後で有用性を比較検証する介入研究である。当該年度（2022年度）は、前年度に実施した一次介入の結果をもとに、実際の臨床でESIを用いた緊急度判定を実施するための準備を整えた。具体的には、二次研究介入を実施予定の施設で導入時期の検討について、研究に協力いただく救急部門の管理医師ならびに研究仲介役となるトリアージナースを交えた意見交換を実施した。その中で、施設の状況を踏まえて、介入における倫理的課題やデータ取得方法、協力いただく対象者への教育介入実施時期について協議することで、次年度（2023年度）からの前後比較介入に向けた準備を整えた。当該年度は新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響を受け、臨床介入の実施に至らなかったが、感染症外来の収束を受け、具体的な研究介入の日程について、病院施設と協議し決定した。本研究は救急臨床にESIトリアージという新たな緊急度判定支援システムの導入を試みる特性上、日常の救急部門の診療が実践できる環境を担保することが前提となる。そのため、研究計画の進捗については、予定よりも遅れているが、より安全で正確な臨床介入を実施するための準備として、慎重かつ確実に研究計画の進捗をはかる予定である。また、当該年度は緊急度判定の普及状況に関する調査研究を実施し、救急関連学会への論文投稿を実施した。

In addition, the research on the popularity of emergency degree determination and the paper submission of emergency related society were carried out during the year.
