本研究は二分脊椎症者の性教育のニーズのうち，性行為に関する教育の実践と評価をし，効果的な性教育の発展の一助とすることを目的とした。高校生～45歳の方を対象に動画で性行為に関連した教育と評価をした。事前調査，動画の視聴，性教育前・直後・1か月後の調査をした。調査内容は，性教育内容の知識に関する12項目，行動変容に関する予期18項目，一般性セルフ・エフィカシー尺度16項目，日本語訳 Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale10項目，性に関する考えや行動の変化1項目，性教育の評価5項目であった。各評価指標の検定力と信頼性，性教育前・直後・1か月後の各評価指標の変化，性に関する考えや行動の変化，性教育の評価を分析した。男性20名，女性14名のデータを得た。知識合計得点と性の行動変容に関する予期合計得点には，性教育実施前と直後，性教育実施前と1か月後に有意差があったが，GSES標準化得点とRSES-J合計得点には有意差があるとはいえなかった。今回の教育により知識と性の行動変容に関する予期は肯定的に変化したが，個人の全体的な自己効力感を高める影響はなかった。各評価指標に性別の交互作用はみられず，本動画は男女を問わず利用できると考えた。さらに，41.2％が性教育実施1か月後時点で性に前向きな考えを示したが，行動の変化には更なるきっかけが必要と考えられた。性教育の評価は肯定的であったが，さらなる情報提供，方法の工夫，実際的な支援が望まれた。研究協力者が少なく，一般化は困難であった。より参加や回答しやすい工夫が必要である。また,自作の質問紙も使用したが，より信頼性や妥当性のある尺度の作成を検討する必要がある。教材による教育効果の違いの検証や知的障害のある二分脊椎症者への性教育の検討も課題である。

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between sexual education and sexual behavior, and to help develop sexual education in children with spinal cord disorders. College students up to 45 years old have sex education and evaluation. Pre-survey, animation and video, sex education before, after, 1 month after the survey. The survey included 12 items related to sexual education content, 18 items related to action, 16 items related to general sexual education scale, 10 items related to Japanese Rosenberg Self-esteem Scale, 1 item related to sexual education, and 5 items related to sexual education evaluation. Each evaluation index determination and confidence, sex education before, after, 1 month after each evaluation index change, sex related examination and action change, sex education evaluation analysis 20 males and 14 females were selected. The total of knowledge points and actions is related to the total of time points. Before and after the implementation of sex education, the intentional difference is 1 month. GSES standardization points are calculated. Today's education is about knowledge and action, and it's about affirmation, and it's about personal empowerment. Each evaluation index gender interaction is not the same as this animation. 41.2% of the students were educated in the first month of the year. The evaluation of sex education is positive, information is provided, methods are worked, and practical support is expected. Research collaborators are few, generalization is difficult. The answer is necessary. For example, if you want to make a decision about the use of self-made paper, you need to make a decision about the reliability and appropriateness of paper. The teaching materials are used to examine the effects of violation and to discuss the problems of sexual education for bi-polar patients.
