项目摘要

本研究の長期的な目的は、間脳・脳室内腫瘍治療後の患者の高次脳機能、身体・精神機能および社会生活機能について調査し、神経心理学的合併症および社会生活機能の特徴を明らかにすることである。さらには、間脳・脳室内腫瘍治療後の患者の社会生活機能に影響する要因を明らかにすることである。本研究の短期的な目的は、本研究の期間中から、個々の患者・家族に対して、評価結果に基づくフィードバックを行い、個別症例に対する社会適応支援、しいては就労支援につなげることである。2022年度には、COVID-19感染症が収束せず、2021年度から引き続き症例登録の遅れが生じているものの、間脳・脳室内腫瘍治療後の患者の高次脳機能、身体・精神機能および社会生活機能に関する調査を継続して行い、2022年度までに構築されたデータに基づき、学会発表と論文投稿を行った。また、個々の患者・家族に対する評価結果に基づくフィードバックを行った。具体的には、京都大学医学部附属病院脳神経外科・精神科神経科・小児科通院中の間脳・脳室内腫瘍治療後の患者に対して、高次脳機能、身体・精神機能および社会生活機能に関する調査を行い、評価終了後に個々の患者の評価結果に基づく検査結果の報告書を作成し、患者本人および主治医に対してフィードバックを行った。さらに必要に応じて、患者家族へのフィードバックや、医療従事者や就労支援担当者を含めたカンファレンスを行い、社会適応支援、就労支援を行った。また、第46回日本高次脳機能障害学会学術総会に参加し、資料・情報の収集とともに、間脳腫瘍（頭蓋咽頭腫・胚細胞腫瘍）患者の神経認知機能および社会認知に関する報告を行った。
