项目摘要

本研究の目的は、浮き趾の適切な測定(判定)法を新規に開発し、測定値の信頼性及び客観性、従来の測定法との関係(妥当性)に加えて、浮き趾と足裏形態、転倒、履物等の関係を検討することであった。令和2年度は、研究課題1の「簡便で合理的な浮き趾測定器具の新規開発と測定法」、令和3年度は、研究課題２の「新規開発器具による浮き趾測定(判定)法の測定値の信頼性及び客観性」を、そして令和４年度の研究課題３は「幼児及び児童を対象に、新規浮き趾測定(判定)法と従来の①墨汁やフットプリント及び②ピドスコープによる浮き趾判定の一致度の検討」であった。しかし、令和4年度まで新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響により、被験者を対象に計画的に測定ができず、各課題は十分検討できなかった。令和4年度は、令和3年度に予定していた幼児と児童を対象に新規に開発した測定器を利用し足蹠測定とアンケートを実施した。小学男児を対象に両手を体側に自然に垂らした直立姿勢(自然立位)と、身長測定(背面と両踵を壁に接地)に準じた直立姿勢（背中付立位）時における足裏形態を測定し、その成果を体力医学会大会(第77回)において発表した(業績参照)。なお、令和４年度の研究課題３の②「従来法の浮き趾判定と新規器具による浮き趾判定の一致度」に関しては、以前に大学生を対象（90名)にピドスコープにより測定した浮き趾判定値の信頼性及び客観性を検討し、論文化した(業績参照)。
