项目摘要

本年度は、つり情報社の協力を得て『隔週刊つり情報』の1992年以降の電子データをご提供いただけ、手元で作業できるようなデータ形式への変換作業を行った。また同社の会長と社長との協議をふまえ、資源動態の解析に適した魚種の抽出を行った。同定の精度の分析については、当時の分類との照らし合わせが必要になるが、色彩情報に乏しい白黒印刷の頁を除いたカラー頁を対象に進めることがよいという感触を得た。1992年以前のバックナンバーは冊子体でのみ存在するため、同社を訪問して作業を進めることで合意を得た。過去の生物多様性情報としての魚拓については、新聞社の記事掲載を経て、100件以上の実物の提供を市民より賜ることができた。昨年度以前と同様に、これらの複写物の作製（電子化）と属性情報の整理をアルバイト雇用も活用して進めた。遊漁船業への協力も仰ぎ、魚類分類学的な問題を孕む遊漁者による釣獲個体や情報の提供について、千葉県浦安市の船宿吉野屋さんを始めとする一部の店舗の理解が得られた。たとえば、分類学的問題が解決されていないハナダイ科スミツキハナダイ属魚類であるキイハナダイの帰属に関する研究にあたって、一部釣り人による提供個体が活用された。手法確立の一環及び副次的であるものの重要な観点であると判断し、遊漁及び魚類に親しむ活動がもたらす普及教育への効果についても検討や分析を進めており、そのデータのとりまとめと論文化に向けた作業を進めた。市民データを活用した図鑑の監修、東京都レッドデータブックの評価選定にあたって市民によって提供された情報を活用を行い、それらの一部が公表された。
