项目摘要

2021年度に、新型コロナウィルス感染症の影響から調査計画の大きな見直しを行った。その結果として対象地を当初の岡山県から、感染症下でも調査可能であった職場の所在する鳥取県内に変更して調査を行い、2022年度も当初は引き続き鳥取県内での調査を中心にする予定であった。しかし、感染症に対する社会的制限が緩和されつつあったため、当初の研究計画に極力沿った形で研究実施ができるか検討を行い、研究計画の再検討を行った。職場においては、年度の途中から出張の制限などが緩和され次年度には完全に制限が解除される見込みであった。そのため、当初の計画通り、林業地帯の山村部と非林業地帯の都市部の比較検討に適した岡山県における調査が最適であると判断した。そこで、研究期間の延長申請を行うこととし、それに基づく研究計画を立てた。検討の結果、郵送アンケート調査は当初計画通りに行う予定としたが、アンケート後に実施予定であった、事業体への聞き取り調査は延長したとしても事業実施期間に全てを行うことは困難であると判断した。そこで、事業期間内での達成目標を若干変更し、森林管理に関わる主体の川上川下間関係の解明から、住民意識の普遍的状況の解明に重点を移動した。具体的には、住民意識の郵送アンケートと同じ質問によって実施できると考えられる、インターネット調査会社の利用による全国モニター調査の実施の検討を開始した。他業務との兼ね合いから、当該年度は研究対象地である岡山県についての資料収集を再度行い、また学会において情報収集を行うなどの基礎的な準備に費やした。
