3年目である2022年度は、海外の先行研究の動向を踏まえつつ、日本における教員のチーム・チームワークに関する概念の整理と再定義を行い、日本における教員のチーム・チームワークに関する研究の成果と課題について論文として発表した。さらに、これまでに整理した理論的な枠組み（教員のチームのインプット－プロセス－アウトカムモデル（Somech et al. 2007）及び教員の専門的学習活動モデル（Beverborg et al. 2015; Geijsel et al. 2009; Runhaar et al. 2010; Thoonen et al. 2011））を踏まえ、下記の量的研究と質的研究の計画・準備を行った。①１つの目の量的研究では、校長の指導的リーダーシップ、学校の共有型リーダシップ、チームワーク効力感とチームワークプロセス（タスクの相互依存，ゴールの相互依存）との関連、チームワークプロセスと教員の自己効力感、専門的学習活動との関連について検討する質問紙調査を計画・準備した。②２つの目の量的研究では、教員のチーム・チームワークの個人的側面である教師のチームワーク能力（KSAs）、チームワーク効力感と組織的側面であるチームワークプロセスとの関連について検討する質問紙調査を計画・準備した。③質的研究では、2022年度よりPBL（Project Based Learning）に取り組む広島県内の中学校１校、小学校2校と研究協力を結び、PBLを組織的に行う上での支援を行った。さらに、組織的活動に取り組む上での教員のチームのチームワークプロセスや校長・ミドルリーダーのリーダーシップについて質的に明らかにするインタビュー調査を計画・準備した。

In 2022, the trend of overseas advanced research was stepped up, and the concept of teachers 'education was redefined in Japan. The results of research on teachers' education in Japan were presented.
