本研究では、都市部に住む60～80歳代の各世代の高齢男性を対象とし妻の生前-死別-独居という時間経過の中でどのように「生活の再構築」をしていったのか、そのプロセスを明らかにし、妻の生前から訪問看護師が介入するグリーフケアへの示唆を得ることを目的としている。1）研究期間：2020年「人に関する研究倫理審査委員会」承認後～研究継続中。 2）研究対象：都道府県に登録している訪問看護ステーションのうちHP上で、所在地を挙げている人口100万人以上の都市にある訪問看護ステーションおよび看護小規模多機能型居宅介護事業所で死別後のサポートを行っている事業所へ郵送依頼し、返送のあった事業所から推薦のあったがんの妻の看取り期間が3か月以上あり妻と死別後3ケ月以上経過している独居高齢男性。加えて研究協力に同意のあった60歳代・70歳代・80歳代の各世代5名。研究計画について、調査期間延長や面接方法の変更など一部変更し、関連書類と合わせて提出し2022年2月新たに関東学院大学「人に関する研究倫理審査委員会」に承認を得た。研究対象は、人口100万人以上の都市の訪問看護ステーション及び看護小規模多機能型居宅介護事業所に郵送にて依頼予定であったが、新型コロナ感染症拡大地域を避け移動を考慮し、2022年4月に神奈川県・埼玉県・東京都へ300通再送した。協力を得られると返信があった事業所は2カ所であった。返信があった事業所経由で対象者にアクセスし70歳代・80歳代の男性2名に半構成的面接を実施した。妻を亡くして半年以上経過していた。2022年度の調査結果と2019年に発表した研究結果と比較分析し、2022年11月発刊「臨床老年看護」で「独居高齢男性の妻と死別後のグリーフワーク」のタイトルで発表した。また26th　East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars出ポスター発表した。

This study aims to re-structure life among older men of 60 - 80 years of age living in urban areas, and to provide guidance on the intervention of caregivers during the lifetime of their wives. 1) Study duration: from 2020 after approval by the Human Resources Research Ethics Committee to the middle of the study. 2) Study object: Visit and care services in cities with a population of more than 1 million people in the prefecture Return 5 members for each generation of 60 years, 70 years and 80 years. Research plan, extension of investigation period, change of interface method, partial revision, related books and cooperation were proposed. February 2022, New Kanto Gakuin University "Human Resources Research Ethics Review Committee" was approved. The target of the study is to consider the transportation of visiting and nursing services in cities with a population of more than 1 million and the transportation of small-scale multifunctional residential care facilities. In April 2022, Kanagawa Prefecture, Saitama Prefecture and Tokyo Prefecture will be transported again. The cooperation is very important. The company is composed of 70-year-old and 80-year-old men. My wife died more than half a year ago. The results of the 2022 survey and the results of the 2019 study were compared and analyzed. The results of the November 2022 issue of "Clinical Geriatric Care" were presented in the following article: "Wives of Singles and Post-Death Women". 26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars
