项目摘要

本研究は、①子どもを亡くした家族のグリーフケア（グリーフサポート）の実践（集い、相談/面談）を蓄積・分析すること、②遺族の支援体制を整えるためのグリーフサポートの人材育成プログラムを開発することを目的とした。R4年度は初年度であり、研究倫理委員会への申請、承認を得て研究を開始した。グリーフケアの実践については、遺族の悲嘆を共有する場の生成として、集いの場（グリーフの会）を３回（うち２回は感染状況を鑑みてオンラインにて）開催し、各参加者数は５～７名であった。初めての参加者には、事前面談を行い、参加者の状況把握と、会の流れを説明し、参加者が参加しやすいように努めた。基本的には、参加者が話したいことを話せる場となるように、導入のアイスブレイク、自己紹介や子どもの紹介などをとおして、参加者同士が語りあえる場、気軽に同様の体験をした家族に聞いてみたいことなどを聞けるように、筆者ら（看護者）がファシリテーターとなった。会での話題は、許可を得て、匿名性を担保し記録し、それぞれの抱える心情や困難、サポートニーズと属性（子どもの疾患や死因、逝去後の年数やきょうだいの有無など）をデータとして抽出し、蓄積している。また、個別面談も２例実施し、１例は１～２か月毎に面談（１回２時間程度）を行い、参加者が話す心情や思いを主に傾聴している。１例は、主に、電話やメールで心情や家族関係の気がかりについて話され、その都度、メールや電話で対応を行っている。それぞれの語りの内容は、属性との関係、経時的変化や命日や誕生日、仕事や家族関係など、話される内容を整理している。グリーフサポートの人材育成プログラムの開発については、上記の実践や文献検討、国内外のプログラムの情報を検討し、プログラムの枠組み、構成について検討し、試案を作成した。
