项目摘要

2022年度、研究分担者は研究対象の現場を視察すべく、日本のアニメツーリズムの代表的な目的地を訪問して資料の収集に努める一方、愛知大学が所蔵する資料やデータベースを活用して研究成果を論文として発表する活動を行った。その結果、前年度の研究成果の一部を研究ノート「中国における「草の根」クール・ジャパンの展開 : 文化翻訳論の視座に基づく「字幕組」への考察を通して」（『愛知大学国際問題研究所紀要』第160号、2022年10月）として発表し、さらに来日後に収集した日本の政府および各地方自治体のインバウンド戦略に関する諸資料等を読み込んで、論文「ソーシャルメディア時代におけるクールジャパンの展開」（『愛知大学国際問題研究所紀要』第161号、2023年2月）を発表した。前者は中国の大学生が中心となって組織された日本の映像作品に対する字幕作成グループの活動に焦点を当てたものであり、後者はアニメツーリズムがどのようなプロセスを経て日本のクールジャパン戦略に組み込まれたか、またそれが中国におけるアニメツーリズムの展開にどのような影響を与えたか等を考察したものである。研究代表者は研究分担者がこれらの研究成果をまとめる過程で、日本の実情や研究状況を適時紹介し、議論を重ねた。研究代表者の関心は中国の対日外交や日中文化関係のほうにあり、研究分担者が探究した日本のソフトパワー戦略が中国のソフトパワー戦略に対しどのような影響を与えるかについて関心を深めることができた。
