PrimeDB has been established as the central CRC 973 data repository, retrieval and query system for priming-related molecular, biochemical, phenotypical, and ecological datasets. Aside from continuously developing the functionality of PrimeDB, the cross-experiment comparative analysis of the gathered datasets will move into focus. Towards this end, statistical methods of integrative OMICs-data analysis will be applied to discern general as well as specific modes of priming and stress memory.
