项目摘要

死亡と障害の両方の負荷を統合した包括的かつ比較可能な健康指標である「疾病負荷（Burden of Disease）」の分析は、保健政策立案や研究開発の優先順位の決定に重要な役割を果たす。しかし、日本では政策への活用がまだ限定的であるため、本研究はこれまでの疾病負荷に関する研究成果をさらに発展させ、新型コロナが日本の保健医療ニーズや保健システムに与える影響を検証することを目的としている。当該年度では、14本の英語論文を査読付き国際誌に出版した。これらの研究は、日本における新型コロナウイルス感染症の疾病負荷と、パンデミックによる健康や社会に与える影響を調査したものである。新型コロナに関連する様々な側面を分析し、感染リスクや重症化のリスクに関する認識、死亡率、交通事故、予防行動、性感染症の報告、脳血管疾患に関連する死亡の変化など、様々な観点から疾病負荷を分析した。これらの研究は、新型コロナパンデミックの日本における疾病負荷を理解するための貴重な情報を提供し、今後のパンデミック対策や健康政策に役立てられることが期待される。また、これまでの研究成果が評価され、研究代表者は日本が主催する2023年のG7広島サミットの国際保健アジェンダを検討する「G7グローバルヘルス・タスクフォース」の構成員に選ばれた。これにより、研究成果を政策提言に直接取り入れられる機会を得た。今後も様々な政策対話が行われる中で、より多くの政策立案者に研究成果を伝えていく予定である。

The Burden of death and disability is integrated into the analysis of health indicators and the determination of priorities for health policy development The purpose of this study is to develop research results related to disease burden and to examine the impact of health care on Japan. During the year, 14 English papers were published in the International Journal. This study is aimed at investigating the disease burden, health and social impact of new infections in Japan. Analysis of new types of disease, association, background, infection, severity, awareness, mortality, traffic accidents, preventive actions, reports of sexually transmitted diseases, association of vascular diseases, mortality, incidence, disease burden, etc. We look forward to this research providing valuable information to understand the disease burden of the new ubiquitous device in Japan and to establishing future ubiquitous device strategies and health policies. The research results were evaluated and the research representatives were invited to discuss the "G7 International Health Service" in 2023. The research results are presented directly to the public. In the future, the policy will be implemented in the middle of the year, and the research results of many policy makers will be transmitted in the middle of the year.
