项目摘要

本研究の目的は、医療従事者を対象に心理教育アプリとメンタルヘルスケアシステムを開発し評価することである。ウィズコロナ時代において医療従事者には心身共に大きな負荷がかかっている。医療従事者がWellbeingを保ち、安心して医療に従事できるようメンタルヘルスケアシステムを構築することは重要である。本研究は心理教育アプリを通じて医療従事者の疲弊を予防し、必要なメンタルヘルスケアをいつでもうけられるシステムをめざす。研究方法について、当初はゲームの要素を取り入れたものを開発する予定であったが、予算的に厳しいことや手軽にアクセスできるものとして心理教育アプリを開発することとなった。初年度は、文献検討と関連する研修を受け、心理教育アプリの内容を検討した。具体的には、日本及び海外の文献レビューを行った。その後、マインドフルネスやセルフコンパッション、Search Inside Yourself,コンパッションフォーカストセラピーの研修を受け、効果的な心理教育アプリの開発に反映できる内容を検討した。また、アプリについては、マインドフルネスに関する関連アプリをリサーチし、アプリ開発会社と具体的な内容を検討した。アプリの設計に関しては、医療従事者が日常生活の短時間で継続的にストレスマネジメントを学べる工夫について検討した。心理教育の内容について、ストレスに気付くこと、マインドフルネスやセルフコンパッション、コンパッションフォーカストセラピーの観点から心理教育アプリを作成し、精神医学および精神看護学・心理学の視点から内容を吟味を重ねた。
