项目摘要

本研究はSTEP1～3で構成され、STEP1ではがん患者が体験する症状と介護者が体験する介護負担について系統的文献レビューを行い、看護支援を抽出する。STEP2では、STEP1で得た看護支援から終末期がん患者およびその介護者での適用可能性を検討し、看護支援の実施状況を尋ねる質問紙を作成する。STEP3では、緩和ケア病棟の看護師を対象に質問紙調査を行う。2021年度はSTEP1として、系統的文献レビューを計画した。具体的には、がん患者が体験する7症状（疼痛、呼吸困難、悪心・嘔吐、便秘、せん妄、倦怠感、皮膚障害）と介護負担、全8テーマに対して研究報告されている看護支援について、系統的に文献検索し、体系的にまとめることを目標とした。なお、文献検索の際のキーワード設定では、図書館司書の協力のもと検索式を作成していただいた。キーワード確定後、医学中央雑誌、PubMed、CINHAL、CENTRALのデータベースを利用して、文献検索を行った。2021年度は、文献検索後に選定基準に沿って一次スクリーニングを開始するところまで至った。加えて、STEP1の系統的レビューを実施するに先立ち、プロトコール論文を執筆した。なお、新型コロナウイルス感染症による影響で、査読者・編集者の活動制限があることが投稿先より連絡があった。2021年度では、査読を受け修正投稿をするところで留まった。
