The Coordination Project of the clinical research unit 311 coordinates the cooperation of the subprojects, organizes scientific events and KFO311 lectures and the structured MD and PhD programs in collaboration with the Hannover Biomedical Research School (HBRS). Similar to the first funding period, the Coordination project is responsible for the performance-related distribution of the rotation positions (Gerok- and Clinician Scientists position) among the involved departments to enable clinicians to focus on a scientific project within the KFO311. The Coordination project applies for funds in order to actively promote equal opportunities among researchers, and the reconciliation of family and work life. Moreover, this project decides on the allocation of flexible funds for short term and particularly innovative (structural) measures at the departments and institutes.
