项目摘要

本研究は、糖尿病足病変ハイリスク患者を対象に「セルフケア行動の実態」「セルフケア行動の関連要因」「大血管症の発生の有無と関連要因」「足病変予防を意識した既製靴への認識」を明らかにすることが目的である。糖尿病足病変ハイリスク患者が、足に傷を作ってしまうと、潰瘍化しやすく、足を切断する事態に陥ってしまう場合がある。歩行機能を失われた患者のQOLは著しく低下する。このような事態を招かないためにも、セルフケア行動の実態や関連要因、靴選択基準を明らかにすることは、患者教育を確立する上で意義のあることである。本研究の成果が、糖尿病足病変の予防や重症化を防ぐための患者教育を考える基礎資料となることを期待している。令和4年度は、患者調査の継続しながら、集まったデータを分析し、論文作成を進めた。患者調査については、診療科の医師、フットケアチーム看護師と情報共有を行いながら、診療・フットケア外来の待ち時間を利用し、調査を実施した。論文作成については、対象者の「足病変予防を意識した既製靴への認識」のデータが集まったため、分析を進め、論文を作成した。論文作成過程では、共同研究者である糖尿病看護認定看護師の意見を伺いながら、臨床に活かせる内容の記述ができているか確認した。さらに、研究者が所属する機関の共同研究者にも意見を伺いながら、学術的な記述ができているか確認した。完成した論文は、令和4年度3月に投稿することができた。

This study aims to clarify the status of diabetic foot disease, the related factors of diabetic foot disease, the related factors of macroangiopathy, and the awareness of foot disease prevention and control. The process of writing the paper is based on the opinions of the diabetes nurse certified by the co-investigator and the description of the contents of the clinical activity.
