项目摘要

本研究は、アフリカとアジアの農業開発政策が農村社会に異なる影響を与えてきたことに注目し、ケニアとインドネシアの稲作農村地域において、社会ネットワークを通じた食料分配の機能を検討することを目的とする。アフリカやアジアの農村における社会関係や子どもの食事の実態を把握することを通じて、持続的な農業生産や食料消費を可能にする農村振興策への示唆を得る。2022年度は、ケニアやインドネシアでの調査を実施し、稲作農村における食事の調査やネットワークに関する詳細な聞き取りを行うことができ、現地での情報収集に基づいて分析を進展することができた。関連して、農林水産政策研究所主催の世界の有機農業・持続的農業・食料消費などに関するセミナー（シンポジウム）では、総論を担当して途上国・先進国におけるオルタナティブな農業（環境親和的農業）が広まっている動機や国の間の違いを分析し、インドネシアにおける持続的な農村開発や有機農業の進展についても研究成果を報告した。このセミナー（シンポジウム）では、研究者や報道などから反響を得ることができ、関連する雑誌でのインドネシアなどにおける世代を超えた伝統的農業システムや食料生産システムの普及の実態や背景についての論考の発表や、大学での成果の紹介なども行った。ケニアでの調査の成果は、前年度のインターネットを通じて得られた情報収集の結果と合わせた分析としてまとめ、アフリカ学会誌『アフリカ研究』において、査読付き論文として発表した。また、アフリカの食料消費や持続的農業生産、農村開発に関して総合的な視点からとりまとめた報告書を「カントリーレポート」として刊行した。

This study aims to investigate the effects of agricultural development policies on rural social diversity, social development and food distribution. The rural revitalization strategy is based on the understanding of social relations and food consumption in rural areas, and the possibility of sustainable agricultural production and food consumption. In 2022, the survey of food production in rural areas was carried out, and detailed information was collected and analyzed on the basis of local information collection. Research Institute for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Policy (RIAFFP) promotes global organic agriculture, sustainable agriculture and food consumption, and analyzes incentives for organic agriculture and food consumption in developing countries. Report on the progress of organic agriculture in rural development This article discusses the development of research and the introduction of university achievements in the field of agriculture, food production and food production. The results of the survey were analyzed and reported in the journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. The report was published on the basis of a comprehensive view of agricultural production and rural development related to food consumption and sustainable development.
