项目摘要

本研究は、生命や身体の資源化をめぐるこんにち的な生政治とその統治技法を明らかにすることを目的とする。今年度の本研究の主軸は、バイオ研究における資本創生を主眼とする動向を批判的に検討し、生物における細胞や遺伝子ならびに生物個体・身体そのものの生きるポテンシャルを明確に前景化することにある。今年度は、生殖とテクノロジーをめぐる統治性をポスト・ヒューマンの視点から問い直すことに重点を置いた。そのさい、特定の表象文化についての哲学的考察と進化論に基づく分析がきわめて有用であった。その射程は、現実世界における既存の諸規範に内在する「健常・異性愛・人間種中心主義」を炙り出すことまでを含んでいる。総じて、「人間ならざる」とされた存在に差し向けるまなざしこそを批判的に分析することで、〈類としての人間〉と反包摂の関係を、人類の生物としてのあらたな可変性という切り口から論じることができた。その成果として、単著論文を共著に寄せ、刊行に至った。一方で、本研究過程で積み残した課題として、バイオテクノロジーと経済活動の交差する部分と再生産（生殖）との関係について、整理および理論化の途上である。バイオ資本主義において、身体とテクノロジーを介し、生殖する身体は何を交換し、何に「投機」しているのか。また医療者や科学者は、他者の身体を介し、何を交換し何に「投機」しているのか。これらについて引き続き考究していく必要がある。
