本研究は「再発・転移期以降のがん患者とその家族のACPを促進するための看護支援ガイドの開発」とし、看護師が再発・転移期以降のがん患者とその家族の“終生期に向けた対話”状況を把握した上で、患者と家族に対話に関する情報提供を行い、Advance Care Planning（以下、ACP）を促進する看護支援ガイドを開発することを目的に研究を進めている。2019～2020年度では、文献検討から国内外のACPの研究状況、看護支援に関する内容を深め、再発・転移以降の対話状況について分析を始めた。2021年度は、再発・転移期～終末期における対話のプロセスの再分析に加え、再発・転移に至るまでの診断前～治療期おける対話のプロセスについても分析を進めた。2022年度は看護援助ガイドの開発に向けて対話の傾向を踏まえながら再度分析を進めており、もともとの対話の傾向を踏まえた対話支援の実現に向けて研究を進めている。

In 2022, the trend of development of nursing assistance and the trend of communication were analyzed again, and the trend of communication support and implementation were studied.
