科研費研究の中間成果として『入会林野と所有者不明土地問題』という書籍を刊行する計画をたてた。この書籍では、多数共有者型アンチ・コモンズという視点で入会林野の記名共有名義に伴う問題を分析した。具体的には、京都府南丹市美山町での入会集団への調査から登記名義の問題に入会集団がどのように対処しているか、を示し、農林業センサスの二次分析から共有名義であり離村失権しない場合、林業作業の実施率や外部への委託の実施率が低下することを、を実証した。また生産森林組合から認可地縁団体への移行については、領域団体化という視点で分析を行い、京都府から得られたデータを農業集落カードに接合し、生産森林組合を解散し、認可地縁団体へ移行しても森林の管理には低下がみられないことを明らかにすることができた。入会林野近代化法についてもその実績の低迷要因を都道府県へのアンケート調査から分析することができた。入会権に関する判例や学説の分析も行い、社団と総有とを識別する基準を示し、このことを前提にした入会権の条文改正案も書籍の中で示した。全ての原稿が完成し、2023年秋に刊行予定となっている。2021年9月には、国際コモンズ学会の森林コモンズに関する大会でパネル発表を本科研費の研究メンバーで行い、成果の国際発信もできた。中日本入会林野研究会や村落環境研究会でも発表を行った。入会林野コンサルタント会議でも2回発表を行い、入会林野整備を担当している都道府県職員に対して研究成果に基づく入会林野の今日的な状況につき説明を行うことができた。
