项目摘要

令和4年度に実施した研究実績の概要は以下の通りである.①企業の海外展開に対する政策的不確実性(PU)の影響と「深い（deep）」地域貿易協定(DRTA)の役割：日本企業のミクロデータを用いたPUの影響及びBIT・DRTA締結によるPU低下の効果に関する実証分析を進め，この結果を論文にまとめた．他に，前年度から継続して，PUが企業の海外進出モードの選択に与える影響に関する理論・実証分析を進めた．②国際共同研究・技術移転に対するDRTAの効果：前年度までに得られた分析結果をまとめた論文の完成度を上げて，査読付国際学術専門誌へ投稿した．また，RTAによる国際技術スピルオーバーの創出・転換効果に関する理論・実証分析を進め，この成果を国際コンファレンス等で発表した．更に，貿易を通じた国際R&DスピルオーバーにおけるDRTAの役割に関する実証分析を進めた．③模倣被害がR&D・海外展開に及ぼす影響及び企業の生産活動と海外展開に関する分析：前年度から引き続き，特許庁の模倣被害実態調査の個票データ及び経済産業省の企業活動基本調査・海外事業活動基本調査の個票データを用いて，日本企業の海外活動と模倣被害の関係に関する分析を進めた．他に，中国側の通関データと企業レベルデータを接続して，震災等の外生的ショックの影響に関する分析を進めた．更に一歩進めた分析を行うための参考として，企業間の取引相手の多様化・分散化に関する文献のサーベイを行った．④環境政策・DRTAが環境イノベーション・技術移転に与える効果：寡占市場の理論モデルをベースにした多段階ゲームモデルを用いて生産者又は消費者の活動を源とする公害発生下の関税政策（貿易自由化）の効果に関する理論分析を行うために，関連文献の読み込みとモデルの構築と解析を実施した．そして論文ドラフトの作成を研究協力者と行った．
