项目摘要

前年度の研究で、研究協力地域のペアレント・メンター（以下、メンターと記す）を対象としたオンデマンドとオンラインによる研修の受講事後アンケートで指摘された課題点を改善して研修を実施した。研修を受講したメンターから今後の支援活動に役立てることができる情報が得られたと、いずれも肯定的な評価を得ることができた。自治体においてメンターへのフォローアップ研修が行われていない研究協力地域においては、メンター活動の中心メンバーが主導して独自の研修プログラムを立案・実施し、持続的な研修の素地を築くことができた。さらに、今年度はメンター同士の交流会形式の研修を進め、同地域のメンター同士の交流の継続実施に加えて、他地域のメンターとの交流を試行的に行った。前者の交流会では、自由な情報交換のスタイルから事例検討やメンターとしての悩みを共有し合う等のテーマ設定を行うことにより、メンターの交流会への参加意欲を高めることができた。当初予定していた「メンター活動ストレス・チェック票（仮称）」の試用に着手できなかったため、研究計画を変更した。日本ペアレント・メンター研究会の協力を得て、全国の発達障害者支援センターを対象に、メンター活動と各種研修及び支援体制等に関するアンケート調査を実施し、コロナ禍におけるメンター活動と各種研修の取組状況とそれらの課題を明らかにすることができた。上記研究会主催による発達障害者支援センターのメンター事業担当者を対象とした交流会で、研究協力地域の取組と全国調査の結果（速報）を報告した。
