项目摘要

本研究は前研究の発展形として、前研究から得られた知見を活かし「良い影響を及ぼす要素に積極的に改善し、悪い要素を排除した部屋」に在宅精神病患者を実際に住まわせ、介入を行わない同程度の病状の在宅精神病患者の精神健康状態と住環境を比較分析し、治癒につなげる住環境を創出する手法を開発することを目的とした研究である。当初の研究計画では、２０２０年度は沼津で２室の環境改善を実施し、実施した２室の改善内容や調査に問題ないかを検証し、最低1年間モニタリングを行う。２０２１年度は東京でも２室の改善を行う予定であったが、新型コロナ感染症拡大のため、２０２０年度２０２１年度は予定の計画を実施することが出来なかった。２０２１年度は、２０２０年度を２０２１年度に繰り越し、２０２１年度に被験者の部屋の実測の時間短縮と作業軽減を図るため３Ｄレーザー測定機を購入し、機器の操作トレーニングを行った。２０２２年度は、２０２１年度を２０２２年度に繰り越し、２０２２年度に沼津の実施する施設の関係者と事前協議をし、改修する内容の説明や対象者への配慮などを打合せ行った。関係者からは、当初計画では、沼津では２室を改修し、２室はそのままの状態で調査を実施する予定であったが、関係者からの希望により、最初２室を先行して改修し、改修しない部屋は半年間改修しないままモニタリングを行う。その後、改修していない２室の部屋も改修し、１年間モニタリングする内容に変更してほしいという要望を反映し、今後実施することとなった。実施時期は、コロナ感染状況が落ち着いてきたため、２０２３年４月から準備し、６月から実施することとなったため、２０２１年度は、４部屋に必要な改修のための機器等を２０２２年度に購入し、２０２３年度以降の調査を実施するための準備行った。
