スメアテイカー養成プログラムBasic編を、前年度作成したe-Learning及び対面での技術研修を用いて実施した。Covid-19感染流行が収束する兆しが見えず開催の延期を強いられたが、2月に対面研修を実施することができた。また子宮頸がん検診を担うため、より実践力を身に着けるためのスメアテイカー養成プログラムStepUp編を開発した。本プログラムはBasic編を修了した者かつ将来的に子宮頸がん検診を業務として担うことを希望する看護職を対象とし、20歳以上70歳未満の一般女性30名を対象に、子宮頸がんに関する説明から、問診、子宮頸部からの細胞採取を実施するプログラムである。講義には2名参加し、実践プログラムには1名が参加している。研究成果の発信として、第一に「女の子がもっとHAPPY！に生きる」と題したホームページを作成し、子宮頸がんの情報やその予防に関する情報を掲示している。第二に、国際シンポジウムを企画しWebinarにて実施した。第1回目は「HPVワクチン～積極的勧奨再開を迎えて～」と題し、WHOよりPaul Bloem氏、Australian Centre for the Prevention of Cervical CancerよりJulia Brotherton氏を迎え、世界のHPVワクチンの動向を講演した。第2回目のシンポジウムは「子宮頸がん検診～日本の検診はどのように変化していけばいいのか？」と題し、Royal Infirmary EdinburghよりBreda Anthony氏、Malaya大学よりYin Ling Woo氏を迎え、自己採取や看護職の活用を含めた子宮頸がん検診の在り方について講演した。第三に、第24回日本母性看護学会学術集会にて「看護職対象のスメアテイカー養成プログラムにおけるe-Learning導入の効果」を発表した。
