项目摘要

本研究の目的は、1) 保育園・幼稚園など就学前教育の子どものウェルビーイングに対する包括的な影響を明らかにすること、および2) 就学前教育の効果評価に関するモデルを費用効果分析の視点から開発・検証することである。1)については、米国の医療保険データを用い、複数の疾患グループ（喘息、視力、視力等）において就学前教育に疾病の早期発見効果があること、また、早期発見の効果がその後数年間にわたって影響が残り続けることが示唆された。就学前教育には子どもの認知能のみならず、さまざまな疾病グループを含む健康アウトカムに影響を与えることを明らかにした点に、本研究の意義がある。次年度は本研究に数年分の観察期間を加えたデータセットを作成し、就学前教育の長期的な影響（５年間程度）を明らかにする。2)については、本年度は米国ノースカロライナ州の医療保険データを郡ごとにまとめた経年のデータセットを構築し、費用効果分析にそなえた。州全体の医療保険データが入手可能となったことにより、当初想定した研究実施計画に比べて、大規模かつ広範囲なデータを取り扱うこととなった。このため、新たな解析手法を検討し予備的な解析を行った。また、連結する他のデータの収集および整理を行った。本年度においては、ノースカロライナ州における過去の政策変更および郡ごとの政策の違いを利用し、計量経済学的分析手法を適用した解析を行う予定であったが、年度途中で特別研究員を終了したため、終了後の所属機関にて研究を行っていく。

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) to clarify the impact of kindergarten on preschool education, 2) to evaluate the effectiveness of preschool education, and 3) to analyze the impact of cost analysis. 1) The early detection of diseases in preschool education is affected by the use of medical care in the United States and by a number of diseases (wheezing, vision, vision, etc.). The significance of this study is to explore the influence of preschool education on cognitive function, disease and health. The next year, the study was conducted over a period of several years to clarify the long-term impact of preschool education. 2) This year's national health care system is based on cost analysis. The state's overall health care program is planned to be launched on a large scale. The new analysis method is discussed in detail. The link between the two groups is not valid. This year, the policy of the past is changed, the policy of the county is changed, the analysis method of econometrics is applied, the analysis method is determined, the special researcher is completed, and the research of the affiliated organization is completed.
