本研究では、保育者養成課程から活用可能な「保護者の子どもの健康管理」アセスメント教育モデルを開発する。研究初年度は、保護者の子どもの健康管理をアセスメントする視点とその内容を明らかにすることを目的とした。まず、保育・教育機関における保健活動に関する先行研究やテキストから、保護者の子どもの健康管理の視点を検討した。その結果、①健康診断の管理、②日々の健康状態の把握、③生活リズムの調整、④感染症予防対策、⑤虫歯予防対策、⑥体調不良時の対応、⑦家庭における衛生管理、⑧行事参加の調整、⑨安全な環境調整、⑩傷病時の対応、⑪災害への備えという健康面と安全面の視点が抽出された。次に、それぞれの視点に対する保護者の子どもの健康管理に関する内容を検討した。その際、保育所保育指針解説（厚生労働省2018）、幼保連携型認定こども園教育・保育要領解説（内閣府・文部科学省・厚生労働省2018）、幼稚園教育要領解説（文部科学省2018）、保育者養成用として公刊されている「子どもの保健」や「子どもの健康と安全」等のテキスト他、教育・保育分野における先行研究に記載されている「基本的生活習慣」、「保健活動」や「健康支援」に関する内容を抽出した。また、保育・教育機関における個と集団という場の観点から子どもの健康保持に必要な保護者の認識や子どもへの世話、そして乳幼児期の子どものセルフケア獲得の観点から、①から⑪の視点における具体的な内容を整理した。その結果、①13項目、②8項目、③11項目、④13項目、⑤7項目、⑥17項目、⑦11項目、⑧12項目、⑨10項目、⑩10項目、⑪10項目、合計122項目を抽出し、研究者間で内容妥当性を確認した。

Introduction to the conservation guidelines of the conservation center (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare 2018), Child Care Association Type Recognition, Garden Education and Conservation Guidelines (Cabinet Office, Ministry of Education, Sports, Science and Technology, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 2018), Kindergarten Education Guidelines (Ministry of Education, Sports, Science and Technology, 2018),"Child Health Care" and "Child Health Safety" published in the Journal for Nursery Education,"Basic Living Habits","Health Care Activities" and "Health Support" recorded in the Advanced Research on Education and Conservation Division. In addition, we will organize the specific contents of the research and development of the environmental protection system in the field of environmental protection and health maintenance. Results: ①13 items, ②8 items, ③11 items, ④13 items, ④ 7 items, ④ 17 items, ③ 11 items, ③ 12 items, ③ 10 items, ③ 10 items, 122 items in total.
