项目摘要

昨年度に得られた、推論主義的な言語実践の参加者であることを道徳的行為者性の基本条件とするという方針に基づき、組織の道徳的責任が可能となる場面を、その場合の個人責任の所在も明確にする仕方で精緻化した。主な成果は以下の通りである。(1)組織内の個人の決定と組織決定の関係を意見集約手続の関数として整理するリスト＆ペティットの議論を取りあげ、組織決定の責任は個人責任に還元可能と論じるレンネガードの議論を用いて検討した。組織決定の責任を個人責任に還元できる場面はごくわずかであり、それ以外の場面で、組織それ自体の決定と推論主義による条件をもって組織の道徳的責任が可能になることを示した。その場合の個人責任の所在を明確にするため、チャレンジャー号爆発事故を取りあげ、上記の集約手続の視点から整理した上で、組織決定に対する個人的な反対の有無が、個人の免責基準となることを示した。(2)推論主義から組織に道徳的責任を問えるとする場合、どのような責任実践が帰結するかを検討した。ブランダムが近現代に特有の責任帰属の実践を批判的に捉え、責任を問う共同体側にも責任があると論じる相互承認論を用いて、推論主義から見た組織の責任実践を具体化した。JR福知山線脱線事故をとりあげ、JR西日本と遺族が行った共同検証の過程をブランダムの議論から特徴づけることを通じて、問題ある組織の行為を共同体の一員の行為として再構成する応答実践が、推論主義から帰結する組織の責任実践であることを確認した。議論の一部を、一橋大学哲学・社会思想セミナーで発表した。2022年度中に、(1)(2)をまとめて、博士論文として提出する予定である。(3)哲学・倫理学理論を用いた討議実践の検討の一貫として、2022年度から高校の新科目となる「公共」授業用の討議事例集を共著で出版した。(4)企業倫理研究の一貫として、企業倫理の入門書を共著で出版した。
