本研究は、小学校教師の職場における援助要請に関して、教師が予期する援助要請の利益・コストと職場風土や組織体制といった環境要因に着目し、それらが援助要請に与える影響を検討することを目的とした。2021年度は、前年度に実施したweb調査のデータを分析し、小学校教師の職場における援助要請の利益・コストの予期を測定する尺度を作成した。その結果、作成した尺度の信頼性と妥当性が確認された。また、小学校教師の予期する利益・コストには、先行研究と共通する内容と、教師特有の内容があることが示唆された。その成果を国内学会にて発表した。加えて2021年度は、実際の学校現場において質問紙調査を実施し、小学校教師を対象に、援助要請の利益・コストの予期、学校組織の風土、組織体制が職場における援助要請に及ぼす効果について検討した。なお、課題申請当初は縦断調査を予定していたが、新型コロナウイルスの感染拡大の状況に配慮して一部計画を見直したため、一時点での調査実施となった。本調査の結果、現在までの分析として、学校組織の協働的風土が高く認知されるほど、援助要請の利益は予期されやすく、反対に援助要請のコストは予期されにくいことが示唆された。また、援助要請の利益の予期は援助要請意図を促進し、援助要請のコストの予期は援助要請意図を抑制することが示唆された。上記に加えて、国内・国外における教師の援助要請研究の文献展望をすすめた。その結果、わが国の教師の援助要請研究を発展させる上では、教師が抱える多様な問題の違いを考慮することや、個人要因のみならず、環境要因の影響を考慮することの重要性が確認された。この成果を、国際学会にて発表した。また成果を論文にまとめ、査読付き学術誌に採択された。

This study aims at discussing the impact of workplace climate, organizational structure and workplace assistance requirements on primary school teachers. In 2021, we conducted a web survey to analyze the benefits and expectations of primary school teachers in their workplace. The reliability and appropriateness of the results and specifications are confirmed. The expected benefits of primary school teachers include advanced research, common content, and teacher-specific content. The achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences are presented in the paper. In addition, in 2021, the implementation of the questionnaire survey on the actual school site, the target of primary school teachers, the interest of assistance, the deadline of assistance, the environment of school organization, the organizational system and the assistance requirements for the workplace, and the results of the investigation were discussed. The initial investigation of the project application is scheduled to take place in the first place, and the new type of infection is planned to be carried out in the first place. The results of this survey, analysis of the current situation, the high level of awareness of the environment of school organizations, the need for assistance, the need for assistance, the need for assistance. In this paper, the author reviews the literature on teacher assistance at home and abroad. The results of this study confirm the importance of considering the impact of individual and environmental factors on the development of teacher assistance needs.
