项目摘要

本年度は昨年度に引き続き、交通産業における規制緩和後の非合理的な企業の参入行動についての研究を精力的に行った。具体的には，実証研究に必要なデータを収集して、統計分析を行うためのデータクリーニングを開始した。また、具体的な政策事例についても各種の媒体を通じて調査を行い、理解を深めた。これらの作業と並行して、合理性を前提とする均衡の仮定を外したモデルの考案を、先行研究をもとに行った。学会やセミナー等での対外発表については、今年度は8月をもって中途辞退したため、その機会を得ることはできなかった。特別研究員の辞退後も当初の研究計画に則り研究を遂行していく予定である。今後は、記述的な統計量を用いた分析を早期に開始し、各市場で規制緩和後に参入企業数がどれ程増加したのか、また全国的に事業者数がどれ程増加したのか等の簡便な分析から取り組む予定である。また、新規の研究プロジェクトとして、トレーディングネットワークにおいて、取引される財の選好を考慮し、三者間での合意を取り入れたマッチングモデルについての研究を開始した。暫定的な結果として、一定の仮定の下では、安定的な状態が存在することを示した。今後は、さらなる関連文献のサーベイ及び理論モデルの精緻化を進め、実証分析への応用可能性についても探っていく予定である。
